MAIDENCREEK ALL-DAY SACRED HARP SINGING

Maidencreek Friends Meetinghouse

27 West Shore Drive, Hamburg Pa., 19526

10:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Registration begins at 9:30 AM

There will be a social in the evening at a nearby location.

We will be singing from The 1991 Sacred Harp (red book.) Loaners available.

Please bring food to share.  The meetinghouse has no electricity nor running water.

Plan your food contribution accordingly.

If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, please refrain from participating out of consideration for fellow singers and their families.

Birmingham Friends Meeting

We will sing 5 songs for the opening exercise before Quaker Meeting.
At around noon, after the Meeting has left, we will sing from the Red and Blue books as well as from a looseleaf of relate material.
Noon until 4 PM
Lunch will be provided.
Local singers please bring a dish to pass.

41st ANNUAL YOUNG PEOPLE’S SINGING 2024
Saturday and Sunday
September 28th and 29th, 2024
Mennonite Heritage Center
NYCE Barn
565 Yoder Rd
Harleysville, PA 19438
Registration will open at 9:30 AM
Singing begins at 10 AM
Saturday we will sing from the 1991 Denson edition of The Sacred Harp
Sunday we will be singing from The Christian Harmony (2010 edition)
There will be a social/barn dance following the Saturday singing.
Loaner books will be available both days
If you are traveling from out of town and require housing, please contact housing chair Maddy Smith (madeleine611@gmail.com)
 COVID POLICY: Testing and masking are encouraged. Both rapid tests and masks will be available at registration. Please do not attend the singing if you are unwell or have COVID-like symptoms. If you develop symptoms following the singing, please contact Sophie Sokolov (sophiegsokolov@gmail.com) ASAP. Your information will be kept anonymous.
